Why 50% relapse or fail?
Struggling with sobriety in addiction or sodryiety (sober-ish, but depressed, anxious, restless, irritable, and discontent ~ DARID) or trauma recovery from generational trauma, family addictions, abuse allegiance, and poverty?
Ready to pursue your passion, clarify your purpose, discover your process, manifest your prosperity, or recover your life, love, leadership, and business?
Are You Struggling from Failure?
Generational Trauma: Experiences and patterns passed down through families can deeply affect mental health, leading to feelings of depression and anxiety.
Family Addictions: Growing up in environments where addiction is present can create instability, contributing to restlessness and irritability.
Abuse: Past or ongoing abuse can leave lasting emotional scars, resulting in chronic discontent and anxiety.
Poverty: Financial struggles can lead to stress and uncertainty, exacerbating feelings of depression and restlessness.
Identity Challenges: For minority BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals, navigating societal pressures and discrimination can contribute to mental health struggles.
Despite all that you tried classes, workshops, therapy, and alternative practitioners, you are still unable to break through generational trauma, family addictions, abuse allegiance, and poverty?
After experiencing a relapse, you often encounter a complex mix of emotions. Feelings of guilt and shame are common, as you may perceive the relapse as a setback in your recovery journey. Disappointment in yourselves can also arise, especially if you had been making significant progress. Additionally, there might be a sense of frustration and helplessness, as you struggle to understand why the relapse occurred despite your efforts to stay sober and recover from trauma.
It’s crucial to recognize that these feelings, while challenging, are a part of the trauma recovery process. Self-compassion and seeking support from a community or support group can help you navigate these emotions and regain your footing on the path to trauma recovery.
Your Sober Abundant Life Vision
Addressing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, restlessness, irritability, and discontent requires a comprehensive approach. Here are some strategies that can support healing and trauma recovery:
Focus on Nutrition: Maintaining a balanced diet can positively impact mental health and overall well-being.
Connect with Supportive Communities: Building connections with supportive groups, such as the Women’s Biz Coop, can provide a sense of belonging and shared understanding.
Establish a Routine: Creating a structured daily routine can provide stability and reduce feelings of restlessness and discontent.
Engage in Physical Activity: Regular exercise is known to boost mood and alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Practice Mindfulness: Engaging in mindfulness practices such as meditation and deep breathing can help reduce anxiety and promote a sense of calm.
Seek Professional Help: Consulting with properly appointed authorities (PAA), medical and mental health professionals can provide personalized guidance and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
You are not alone in staying sober and trauma recovery!
You are overcoming your sober FAILs and stepping into your (Sober) Abundant Life Vision, which can trigger you. If you get stuck, reach out in our WBC Complimentary Community to search for Sponsors/Sponsee or Beloveds.
By integrating these strategies into daily life, you can live, love, and lead towards healing and achieving a more balanced and fulfilling existence.
We Bust 4 Myths
In Life As Is, we are solving the spiritual problem of why 50% of addicts relapse, are reinstitutionalized, or die from addiction.
We bust the recovery 1930s Alcoholics Anonymous myths that we only need to physically abstain from our DOC, participate in our fellowships, attend meetings, and read only Conference Approved Literature (CAL) to stay sober. We need GOM to reveal and heal our generational trauma, family addictions, abuse allegiance, and poverty and break T.E.A. (Thoughts. Emotions. Actions.) chain reactions.
Ever wonder what Bill W. meant by “we have been rocketed into the fourth dimension of existence that we had not even dreamed.” (Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book 2001, 124)? Learn about the different dimensions deciphered throughout the classic Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book to know what level of addiction, sodryiety, or sobriety/recovery you are.
Why are addictions a family disease that each person must reveal and heal your generational trauma, and enter recovery, for yours and your family’s survival to stay sober together?
How to break your addictions to depression, anxiety, restlessness, irritability, and discontent (DARID), aka our addict emotional core T.E.A. (Thoughts. Emotions. Emotions), chain reactions ~ without breaking the bank and your loved ones’ hearts?
Instead of risk relapsing, institutionalization, or death, you know where you are on your Recovery Resilient Abundance journey of your Yang Comfort Zone of addiction, Yin Growth Zone of sodryiety, and New Miracle Zone of sobriety and what you can think, believe, and do differently to gracefully, gratefully to stay effortlessly sober.
“Happy, Joyous, and Free”
Inside Life As Is, we share our Experiences, Strength, and Hope, teaching you our proven reliable methodology step by step.
“We are sure that [the Universe] wants us to be ‘happy, joyous, and free’”Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book 2001, 133)
Addiction is a spiritual malady that affects the body, mind, emotions, soul, and spirit of each family member that left untreated can kill you and your family.
Also, many women, LGBTQ+, and minority BIPOC self-identifying individuals felt uncomfortable split into __ A and __Anon Fellowships. We all are in pain and suffering from our spiritual dis-eases.
Inside Life As Is, you “cling to the thought, that in [the Universe]’s hands, your dark past is your greatest possession you have – the key to life and happiness for others. With it, you can avert death and misery for you.” (Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book 2001, 124).
It’s important to recognize that the myths and obstacles to stay sober and recover from trauma you face are not your fault. These challenges stem from generational trauma, family addictions, abuse allegiance, and poverty and circumstances beyond your control, and acknowledging this can be your first step toward healing and recovery. Understanding this can be liberating, opening up a new door of opportunity. This fresh perspective invites hope and anticipation, setting the stage for a transformative journey where the focus shifts from past limitations to future possibilities. By embracing this new stage, you can look forward to a future where your past does not define you, but rather inspires you to achieve your dreams.

Why Judi's Experience, Strength, and Hope as your guide?
Raised by alcoholics and married to a heroin addict, Judi has watched her loved ones die from addiction and addiction-related causes.
During the pandemic, her mom detoxed 7x with delirium tremens leading to a grand mal seizure, almost biting her tongue off. On a ventilator and PEG feeding tube, she recovered the ability to breath on her own, swallow, eat, and walk again.
While her mom was fighting for her life, Judi’s current partner was relapsing from meth and porn. He needed 3 route canals from his teeth rooting out of his mouth. He decided to continue a life of addiction and they broke up.
Judi is also recovering from marijuana and alcohol, codependency, sex and love addiction.
As a Trusted Servant, she served as General Services Representative for Al-Anon online Adult Children meeting.
Although she appreciates traditional Fellowship structure separating _A and _Anon, she has experienced the greatest healing working our Fellowships together in a unified system, uniting families instead of separating them.
Thanks to Life As Is, her family experienced many miracles ~ including getting and staying sober! Miracles!
